Dear friends, The Bhagwat Geeta proclaims that Brahman is called AKSHARA ie., IMMUTABLE. None is higher than that. Brahman`s power is manifested in everybody as the self (Adhyatma). The supreme being is the one which a Jiva should aim to attain on death. Brahman is denoted by the monosyllable Mantra OM. The Lord has assured that He is easy of attainment if one thinks of Him constantly every day, ever attuned to HIm, but with a mind undistracted by any other thing. Men of perfection by realizing Him become free from

birth and death and all miseries. The Lord has declared that

His supreme abode is Unmanifested and Imperishable. The Supreme Purusha, the abode of all beings and the indweller of them all can be attained by unswerving and exclusive Devotion(Ananya Bhaktya labyah). The entire World is pervaded by God as the Unmanifested Being. All objects subsist in God, but God does not abide in them. By taking the help of Prakriti or nature which is God`s own power, He sends forth again and again multitude of beings that are without any freedom, owing to Prakriti`s sway over them. It is under the God`s direction and control only nature brings out the mighty universeof living and non-living beings and thus wheel of this world revolves. It is only the wise who worship God as the all-inclusive whole- as the ONE , as the Distinct, and as the Immanent in all(Ekatvena prithaktvena bahudha visvato mukham). God is same towards all beings.None is hateful and none

dear to him.

Even a confirmed sinner, who worships God with unwavering faith and devotion is considered as righteous and soon attain lasting peace.G.Balasubramanian
