bagalamukhi yantra and mantra

Thanks for all your mails on Rudrashas, I have a panchamukhi rudrasha mala with 51 beads, I want to purify the mala, please give the full detailed way and mantras to purify it.

I don't know if it is a defensive measure or offensive measure. Personally, I think Bhagavan should be invoked for protection . You probably know in your heart whether you seek defense or offense.
