One has to be fortunate to find a Sadguru. There is a nice presentation attached along with this email which depicts the basic difference between a normal Guru and Sadguru. When the time arrives Sadguru will arrive. Shree Dakshinamurthy is the guru of gurus and he spreads knowledge through silence.
