Mbh attests the existence of shweta, teevra and vakra. These names straight away tesify the nature of the respective planets, which tally with the naure of Uranus, Nepture and Pluto. What else you require? You expected Ucchasravas to give the english equivalents in MBh?:P

why dont you read and then talk? Kishore patnaik

2. The word Hora is found in many ancient classics. It is taken from the skt word aHORAtra KPGreek Ho:ra has a large array of meanings which_I_gave_and an obviously cognate in Germanic *ye:r.

It requires to be utterly stupid and incompetent to look for a dubious hypothesisto explain something that is readily explained with an obvious cognate.Your hypothesis does not even account for y- in ye:r !!

What about Sedna in MBh ?You haven't answered this question.Arnaud===============

my wife has every year told me which regions share

this new year's day, but i don't understand why the

date is not the same in all regions. perhaps the

explanation touches on some matter in ancient history?
