Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA i wanted to thank the two of you for your dietary information and suggestions. i have been wanting to do a fast and my wife and i recently did the master cleansing fast. i don't know if either of you are familiar with it but we found it very benefical. i think fasting in spring, ayervedically speaking is a good time and i found giving my system the rest a very good experience and altered my eating habits. i read about some amazing stories of people being relieved of many health challenges by doing this detox fast for an extended period of time. for anyone interested in checking into it there is much info online about it and it is really very simple and straight forward to follow. one link with basic info is http://www.mastercleanser.com/ and also http://www.cyberclass.net/mastercleanser.htm thanks again.
