Guest guest
Dear Temba, I am very happy to hear that Amma is blessing you with some prosperity which I am sure you will put to good use in fulfilling your innocent desire to help the homeless, etc. My prayers are with you. I know that Amma is your all in all and perhaps the following is not necessary for further inspiration. And yet, I found this quite amazing that there is someone else very close in manifesting compassion as Amma does. I recently came across a healer saint, who is not even an incarnation like Amma and probably not even fully Awakened in the sense we understand it, and yet his life and practice of compassion is very much like Amma's. Just like Amma, John of God, was born poor, quit school at grade 4 to help family; he started healing groups of people at age 16, initially jailed for his compassionate acts, later winning over his opposition; he attended to over 4 million healings in 50 years for FREE( like Amma hugging over 13 million for FREE ), etc, etc. The similarities are outstanding. Both do not preach dogma, but rather teach by example of super-human selfless-giving of themselves to help others; their message is clear: " love God and serve those in need. " One main difference is that he became successful at business, ranch/farming, gold/gem mining which he used/uses to support himself, family members, his free-healing missions, free-soup kitchens, helping many poor, and employing some. There are other differences, but not really as important as the similarities. One interesting site of some who were recipients of John of God's miraculous healings: http://www.grandtrineresources.com/JohnofGod.htm <http://www.grandtrineresources.com/JohnofGod.htm> and his visit to USA, Rhinebeck, NY Sept 29th-Oct 2nd: www.johnofgodhealing.com/john_of_god_out_of_brazil__info.htm <http://www.johnofgodhealing.com/john_of_god_out_of_brazil__info.htm> Amma Bless, amarnath
