Let there be no death due to starvation or lack of medical care. Let there be no children who are unable to continue their studies due to poverty. Let the music of peace and harmony be heard everywhere. " " Everyone in the world should be able to sleep without fear, at least for one night. Everyone should be able to eat to his or her fill, at least for one day. There should be at least one day when hospitals see no one admitted due to violence. By doing selfless service for at least one day, everyone--from little children to the very elderly--should help raise money for the poor and needy... even if by making toys. It is Amma's prayer that at least this small dream be realised. " " Amma still sees dark clouds enveloping the world. Only the cool breeze of sincere and innocent prayers can lift these clouds and turn them into a shower of Divine Grace. It is said that this conserves and builds spiritual energy. Please do what feels right and is feasible for your particular situation.
