I guess I gave you a lot to chew on; maybe too much. Well, you can always follow

" take what you need and leave the rest. "

Also, this morning it occurred to me that if you have some block, some inner

wound that is festering, none of my suggestions may seem worthwhile.

That block may be from unresolved issues, such as former or current

relationships, spouse, ex-spouse, children, job environment, parents, etc, and

even feeling disappointment with Amma. Perhaps you expected Amma to fix certain

things for you and it didn't happen.

I have noticed a pattern with some Amma devotees that initially are overwhelmed

by Her and later become disgruntled with Her because their minds expected

certain things from Her which did not materialize and perhaps even worse some

past karmic debts came up and really left them confused, frustrated, angry, etc.

There is nothing wrong with being angry at Amma; Amma Herself said that you can

give all your anger and all your pain to Her; but after you give it, it should

not remain; because if you really gave it, it's not yours anymore. However,

perhaps this will work only if your LOVE for Amma is greater than your anger; I

don't know; it's not that easy for some.

I do know that it is silly to blame others for anything because the world we see

is just a projection of our mind.

The best way to tackle and resolve these wounds I found is :

1) Read " The Four Agreementst " by Miguel Ruiz

2)

3) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff8DkTo9TtQ & NR=1

4) i love you, i'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you

5) Also, practice witnessing your thoughts, feelings with detachment

6) Dear Amma, please help me,

I am sorry for all the erroneous thoughts within me

( past and present )

that have created all these problems in my world

for myself and others.

Please forgive me.

Please let all my erroneous thoughts dissolve

in Amma's Love and Light.

Please Amma, help me to surrender my ego at Your Holy Feet.

Please Amma, fill me with Your Love-Silence-Awareness.

Please Amma let me be an instrument

of Amma's innocence, humility, purity, simplicity,

love, strength and healing.

Thank You Amma!

7) According to the ancient Hawaiians, error arises from thoughts

that are tainted by painful memories from the past.

Ho'oponopono offers a way to release the energy of these painful thoughts, or

errors, which cause imbalance and disease. It is done entirely within yourself

because we do not see people as they actually are, but we see our reaction to

them.

According to Dr. Hew Len: " Divine is our zero state - it's where we have zero

limits. No memories. No identity. Nothing but the Divine. " Zero limits is a

state of being, where you allow the Divine to heal you, rather than you healing

yourself.

Each time someone's story is presented to you, the problem is not with them; it

is with you. In Ho'oponopono there are four statements that are repeated over

and over addressing them to the Divine within you:

1) " I'm sorry " (for what's going on within me that I am experiencing this

problem).

2) " Please forgive me " (asking the Divine to help you forgive yourself for

attracting this).

3) " I love you " (loving the Divine within transmutes the energy from stuck to

flowing).

4) " Thank you " (for the blessings I am receiving. This takes us back to our

origin).

These statements neutralize the energy associated with the event and thereby

purifies the energy or releases that energy. The void then becomes filled with

light. Now you can begin to see each problem as an opportunity to heal. By

letting go of our reactions and attachments to what we are perceiving we may

experience a glimpse of enlightenment, or that Satori moment.

8) The following Ho'oponopono principles seem consistent with Amma's teaching

that " The world that appears to us is a projection of our own mind " :

1. The physical universe is an actualization of my thoughts.

2. If my thoughts are cancerous, they create a cancerous physical

reality.

3. If my thoughts are perfect, they create a physical reality

brimming with LOVE.

4. I am 100% responsible for creating my physical universe the way it is.

5. I am 100% responsible for correcting the cancerous thoughts that create a

diseased reality.

6. There is no such thing as out there. Everything exists as

thoughts in my mind.

God Bless, Jai Sat-Chid-Anand ! Jai Ho'oponopono ! Jai Amma !
