Guest guest
Namaste Please can I ask a question. When I meditate I can feel something going on inside my head, like a gentle vibration, which often comes through like waves. This not only happens when in deep meditation, but I often get this before I meditate, especially first thing in the morning. It feels wonderful. Ive also been told that I am able to communicate through the power of thought/ telepathy. I had no idea I was doing this but was told that I have probably been doing this a very long time, but have not been aware of it. I can now feel this connection with this person when we are not physically together, like vibrational waves connecting us together. I have also tried sending these to someone else, who remarked that they really felt something. Please help, Im feeling a bit lost with it all, but would love to learn more. Guest guest
Namashkar, These are very good signs. Waves in the head mean open Sahasra Chakra. The Sahasra or crown chakra on the top of the head is directly connected to Higher, Divine forces, & can connect to them & download information. But your 3rd eye chakra- Agya(betwen the eyes) must be developed to make sense of these messages, & to act on them intelligently. Everyone is telepathic, but they dont know it. Their logical mind kills their imaginative mind, & they ignore their few experiences as co-incidences. We are surrounded at all times by the Spirit world, the astral or subtle world, that continuely bombards us with influences. Most people are protected from these influences by their stupidity, by their refusal to accept the subtle worlds. It gives them a false sense of stabilty & safety. It is false, as it doesnt protect them from the Masters of Destiny & Karma, the 9 planets. In Sanskrit, the planets are called Grahas, or seizers, as they grab us & force us to act according their wish(which is also the divine wish). Becoming aware of the subtle world, & its influences & rules(of which telepathy is one, as thats what all Astral beings, the Devas, angels also the Asuras or the demons use) is a good sign, but dont attach too much importance to it, as it is just a Siddhi(or supernatural power). These Siddhis, if they come naturally, are good, but if you become obessesed with them & run after them, they will destroy you. Sadhaks must also remember the Astral world is not all lovely-jubbly. Your Stupidity(what goes on in the name of logic & rationality) shields you from knowing the hidden forces of Nature, but it also protect you from negative & dangerous influences. Once you open your mind to the sutble world, you open to both the good & the bad. Its not like hollywood, but more slightly refined than that. For example when anyone thinks bad of my father, he gets a bad stomach. Since he is open telepathically to people feelings, other peoples negative energies also attack him easier. You have to learn basic psychic protection. hope this helped. Love, Shantnu

If you go through old messages you will find an ocean of practical knowledge, shared by our sadhakas. I agree with shantanu about your experience. When our sadhna becomes a little mature, the nadis start gettig pured and the prana start moving in them. In your case too it seems the prana are rushing towards Agya and sahasradhara chakra. It denotes a certain progress on the path. About telepathy shan is right we are all telepathic, but with sadhna we develop this faculty more. Telepathy, tele-vision etc are the siddhis of sadhna. For your and other sadhka's benefit I am reposting my old post on visions in Sadhna with love
