THE TRUTH IS 1 MINUTE OF PURE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS IS EQUAL TO 4 HOURS OF SLEEP

 

To remain alert with minimum number of hours sleep is possible only by

maintaining a full soul conscious state not otherwise.

 

Sleep belong to the body and we feel the power (pull) of sleep when we are in

body consciousness of either subtle or gross.

 

If there is the slightest and subtle body consciousness, it can be understood

that we are not experiencing full or real soul consciousness. So that, we

cannot overcome sleep

 

How to overcome the pull of sleep ?

 

If we are able to detach (being in the body) ourselves as soul, from the

body, the very next moment we regain our original conscious of Soul, being

Alert, Loveful and Happy, withdrawing ourselves from the pull of sleep/body even

if we had only 3 hours of sleep.

 

If we are struggling to control sleep, it is a clear proof that we are not 100

percent soul conscious, of course it can be in varying degrees.

 

We can be alert, happy and confident throughout the day if we perform all our

actions being separate from the body just being an observer.

 

The only effort is to have constant attention to come back to our original and

natural awareness of being separate whenever there is a pull (constant pull) by

the body.

Easy methods to understand / experience Soul consciousness

1) When we feel sleepy, just before going to bed or when we wake up in

the morning or after midday meals, just stop your thoughts and relax your body,

in a moment, we can overcome sleep becoming alert.This state of mind is called

as real Soul consciousness. And this is the state of mind we have to maintain

throughout the day to remain alert, happy and perform every action in a perfect

way.

 

2) During winter when we are feeling cold, just relax the body and we

will find that we are not feeling the cold but we are alert and we like that

state of mind.This is also another method to feel our original Soul

Consciousness, the state of mind which we have to maintain at all times by

constant attention

 

This is the state of mind we have to maintain when we do meditation or

remembering God and even while performing actions.
