Guest guest
CHAPTER 4 The pain of physical and mental anguish must be kept aside so that one can seek and experience the joy of the atmic kingdom. The only rebellion you must respond to is that of the awakened conscience - do not pay heed to any other complaints that tempt you and allow you to justify the pampering of the mind's never ending "needs". Let the limbs of the body crumble and grumble - do not depend on their strength alone - for they are able to serve you, only when they receive the flow of the inner strength - the purity of which, will make them the instruments of the Lord, Himself. Shed the laziness that has only aged life with its persisting fears and worries and make time only work - the work that will reward you with the gift of fulfillment, with no fatigue. Believe Me, the fears of the mind tire you even before you will begin any task, leaving all work unfinished and incomplete. Know that in any good work, lies the dedication of complete commitment - and commitment is the nightmare of an active, unchallenged mind. The mind is committed to only its own life - do not be committed to the life of this one, for you will only serve its fears and be the victim of its every fall. The mind is only a bundle of thoughts, each thought bringing with it the horror of more fears. Break the bundle of thoughts by being able to command it with the strength of your own true direction of the divine light, where only truth prevails, courage lives, love fills, sacrifice gives, patience waits and faith wins. Respond to service like the child that responds spontaneously to the love of his mother. Listen to those who wish to empty the painful burdens they carry in their hearts - learn to live with the anger of those who speak the pain of their burdened minds - learn to trust each one's faith - learn to accept fate as your friend. Believe Me, My child, that I am everywhere - and soon you will see a glimpse of My hidden disguises. The incentive of taking upon good work must be the goodness, itself - the inspiration to complete it must come from the peace it gives you in simply performing it. Good work does not need you - you need the work to be fulfilled and complete. The completion of any good work is only the shining reflection of your inner state of purity. Realize that, My sweet, and leave the desire to be praised or acknowledged for any task. Such desire is the evil flame that will consume the strength of your inner purity, giving the work the shape of pride, and where there is pride, such work will bend, break and shatter, releasing the pain of this pride. Love is the main ingredient - the biggest input of every work. Without its hand, no work can shape into perfection. Love all that you must do - do not love to do only that which you want. The mind will not develop any fears, if you have found the courage to accept anything that comes your way. All that comes your way is My will, and My will can never give that what you cannot do. The strength will come, if you realize that it is His will - that He will perform - that He will complete and He will earn the reward. You are merely the medium with which He performs the miracle to reveal His majestic glory. Develop the faith, My dear, that God looks for the perfect man - it is within such a life that God blows His very breath. What is the perfect man? It is that life that is aware of the source that gives it strength - It is that life that lives, only to awaken, at all times, the truth of the divine strength - It is that life that lives, only to awaken, at all times, the truth of the divine strength and it is that life that makes the divine strength his only expression, his only purpose, his only love and his only message.Source : LIVING IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD (Volume II/Part I) Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan
