He has shown the vision of the home where Prema Sai is going to take birth. A devout couple were seen worshipping "Shiva" at that time. While proceeding in car on tour one time, Swami has shown a girl to the devotees and explained that She is going to be the grand mother of "Prema Sai". Also it is reliably learnt that the grand old Late Kasthuri is going to play an important role in the birth of "Prema Sai". To John Hislop, Swami materialised a ring one time which depicts "Prema Sai Form" .At the time of manifestation of the ring, only a part of the face was visible in the ring. After some years, Hislop noticed that there were certain clear feautures developed in the face. That probabily shows the Sookshma aspect of Prema Sai being get ready. Swami also has stated that in Mysore state, Mandhya District and in the village "Guna Parthi" Prema Sai Avatar will take place. Incrediable is the Avatar Sai Baba. Sairam.
