Hence everybody has to wait for the time. Each bud takes its own time to bloom into a flower. Not all buds bloom at the same time. Hence we need not remain anxious. Leave everything to Him. Await for the sweet will of the god. Our desiring is one thing. God granting our desire is a separate thing. Hence remain in peace. Nothing happens in the world with our desires alone. Our deservedness is vital. Swami sees our maturity. He knows our past, present and future. Hence His reactions will be quite different. Sairam.
