Guest guest
Everyone in the Sai Organisation wants Swami to be physically present whenever any important events like anniversary are to be inagurated. We must also be aware that Swami has a very tight schedule every day. We know that He never sleeps but for the sake of unnecessary botheration to the devotees and visitors to Prasanthi Nilayam, there is a rule that all lights should be off at 9 PM in Prasanthi campus. Swami also puts off all the lights and pretend to take rest. If the Lord sleeps, how the creation and all the multifarious activities associated with the sustenance and destruction goes on smoothly? Secondly it may be night time for Indians whereas in USA it would be dawn. Hence to think that Swami rests or sleeps is akin to thinking that the sun sets and rises. It is only a visual phenomena. The sun neither rises nor sets. It glows for ever giving life and sustenance to the earth enabling the seasons to set, rainfall etc. Hence Swami pretends to take rest. Now coming to the main theme, though Swami is all pervasive over the globe or cosmos, his physical body also adhere to the time schedule etc, though he can be present at two or more places simultaneously if the situation so demands. Hence Swami keeps his busy schedule, make it a point to attend important events etc. Why i narrate all these? It is the 35th anniversary of Central trust. He made it a point to bless one and all profusely, gifting each with a wrist watch etc. He praised the students who manage the Trust very efficiently in an exemplary manner. We too are proud of the young students who man their responsibility with devotion and diligance. Sairam.
