Guest guest
People glorify worldly riches. Swami has said, nobody hates currency notes. Why it is valuable? It contains the seal of the Government and it can be exchanged for goods and services anywhere in the Nation. All people from beggers to millionaire, adore money. Not only in India, but throughout the world money is almost worshipped. Most of the wars, man fought on the face of the earth, ever since the creation started, is for riches or money only. For running ashrams also, money is required. But, money earned by unlawful activities or adharmic ways should never be utilised for the welfare activities. Several argue, whether the money earned by selling dogs will ever bark. They do not understand spiritual and moral principles. A watertank containing contaminated water will supply only the same water through the taps. Hence the water collected in the water tank should be pure and potable. Secondly Swami advocates that members of a Samithi should share the money required for conducting any activities including service activities. Hence there is no pollution in Samithi activities, due to money matters. We all know that there is no 'hundi' or any such items in Prasanthi campus. Finding that various welfare activities of Sai Organisations are conducted for the ultimate benefit of mankind, be it medical, educational , water supply etc. there are voluntary donation for the trusts for Medical, Educational or Service activities by the visitors. Nowhere in the world, there is Free education and healthcare, free drinking water schemes planned for the entire district or town or villages by any organisation or government agencies. Sri Sathya Sai Trust, as per the guidance of Swami funds all projects costing several crores of Rupees. We are aware from Newspapers that every state requests Swami to construct superspeciality Hospitals in their state or help improving the canal system through which water flows or improving the tank beds of water supply sources.
