Guest guest
Shirdi Baba used to say, "Ug Mag, Chup Raho, Allah Acha Karega"(Keep quiet, god will do good). We human beings have a very bad tendency to get depressed even for minor things. Worrying and complaining has become a fashion with man. We always seek good things for us, good adventures and good relationship. This is not bad. Desire for good things is commendable. But we are not aware of our karmic accounts of previous and present births. While enjoying the fruits of previous births, Duryodana and his brothers indulged in vice and wicked schemes. We may conclude what disasters they met with ultimately. Though Dharmaja and his brothers encountered troubles and turmoils due to their bad deeds in previous births, they lived a life of Dharma and enjoyed the comradeship of the Lord Krishna himself. They ultimately embarked on "Maha Prasthana", heading in the Northern direction without caring for food or drink. They also laid their bodies in this process except Dharmaja. But the purpose of the life of Pandavas and Kauravas are diametrically opposite. One is Purity and elevating and other is debasing. Hence choose virtues than pleasures in life. Sairam.
