September 15th - Ganesha Chaturthi in Puttaparthi This morning as part of Ganesha Chaturthi there were bhajans sung about Lord Ganesha in mandir, and later the bhajans continued. The morning events ended at 10:30 am. The Ganesha in mandir near the main gate was decorated with flowers etc. The whole Ganesha temple near the main gate is decorated with colorful decorations. Even outside mandir every road has a big Ganesha idol sitting in beautifully decorated stages. We will bring the pictures of these later in the day.
