Guest guest
We always want perfect conditions of living. We long for perfect Joy and Peace. But we are not aware, how to go about to gain the above. Our experience in this world, has kindled the longing for the above. We now know, that the bank balance or spacious mansions, latest cars or our family do not make us happy and peaceful. The more we acquire, the more problems we face with the need to protect our hard earned money or assets. First, the government is waiting to have its share by way of income tax. Relatives wait eagerly for a share. Friends and foes alike wait for a great opportunity to grab whatever they can from you. A man with less possession is comparatively more happy than the rich man. The richest man is one who is content with the gifts of god. A daily wage earner is more happy. His needs are not many. He is happy with the temporary dwellings in the platform covered with card boards and cinema posters. He is satisfied with this. Generations of pathway dwellers were happily living in such environment. If only we learn their mindset, we will be happier. Instead we start counting the emptiness instead of the fullness. Optimism and Pessimism are diametrically opposite qualities. You must always remain optimistic in spite of odds. Do not give way to pessimism. An optimistic will progress in any field be it in material or spiritual field. Always count your blessings. Sairam.
