Guest guest
In this miserable mundane world, we are always trying to please somebody. But it is not possible. You may satisfy them temporarily. But once again they will become disgrunted. This is very true with the family members. Hence we must perform our duties in this world, for the sake of Divinity and not to satisfy the changing personalities. As the human mind is very fickle, it is quite impossible to satisfy all the people all the time. Without realising the truth behind it, we waste our time and energy to meet the demands of our family members. Ofcourse the genuine family needs have to be fulfilled. But if we undertake all actions, surrendering to the Divine, without expecting any returns, then such actions become holy and untainted. These "nishkama karmas" remove the darkness that affect our 'inner senses' and render them holy. Hence do all works without any anticipation or desire. Sairam.
