Guest guest
When Shri Hemadpant(Govinda Ragunath Dabolkar-official biographer of 'Sath Charita") has decided to write about Saibaba's leelas, he could not approach Saibaba directly. Hence on his behalf, some other devotee approached Shirdi Baba and begged thus,"Hemadpant wants to write about you. Only if you permit and bless such venture he can embark on the project, but do not say 'no". Naturally, Shirdi Baba was much pleased and put his palm over Hemadpant's head and blessed him thus, "Let him keep notes of the happenings. Let him eschew his ego and remain as my instrument. I will myself write my life story through him".Thus the grand story of Sainath Maharaj was made public due to the beautiful narration of happenings in the mosque and chavadi, the miracles, his teachings etc. It incorporates Baba's own words. The book was originally written in "Marathi" language and subsequently translated in many indian languages for the benefit of devotees throughout the globe. The books were published by "Sai Sansthan, Shirdi. People in many households make it a point to do the study of Satcharita. Read one chapter a day and see yourself the benefit that accrue. Sairam.
