Guest guest
Can we keep quiet for few moments? Try if you can. It is not the outward silence alone. Your mind also should observe the 'inner silence'. Contrary to this, we find that our mind is always engaged in constant dialogue or monologue. The stillness within is disturbed. If we get entangled or interested in the dialogue, then several more dialogues will be heard in the mind. It is just like a fly. It won't sit quiet on a thing, it will hover around our body, sit on various limbs, face etc. But we find that flies thrive in garbages or other such unhygenic places. The fly will not go near the fire. It is instinct. But we must train our mind to turn inwards, i.e., towards the self or god. Then mind will loose its identity. In fact, the mind owes its existence to the self. But once it comes out of the source, it will hide the very same self through the covering effect and hence the "individual jeevi or self" gets deluded. The only way is to cut asunder the veil of ignorance. Only a "Sath Guru" can show us the way. Such a Sath Guru is Saibaba. Hold on to his lotus feet, to get rid of this cycle of samsar or worldly life. Sairam.
