Baba publicly declared that he would personally take Kakasaheb Dikshit to celestial

lands by flight. He was blessed by Baba. He established a place for the

devotees to stay. It is called Dikshit Wada. He is

one of the closest devotees of Baba. The entire organization of Shirdi was very

well managed by him. Blessed he is to be a recipient of Baba's grace.

In addition to these devotees Bayja Bai, Lakshmi Bai Shinde, Chandra Bai, Thara Bai, Bapu

Saheb Jog, Tatya and many

other devotees worshipped Baba as God. As Baba told, he had no disciples. He

had only devotees. Real devotees made self surrender and realized the goal of

life. To protect them was the daily duty of Baba.

Duty and inter-dependence

Every person has a duty. It varies from person to person. The

dharma of a king is different from that of a minister. The dharma of a Guru is

different from that of a disciple. The dharma of a God is the highest and the

noblest. God's responsibility is unique and supreme.

A doctor may not do his duty well. An engineer may not perform his

duty properly. A police officer may not be sincere in his duty. A lawyer may

not do his duty well. They cannot do their respective duties because of human limitations and weaknesses. But God

does not err. He does his duty perfectly.

Sai Baba and Sri Rama

Sai Baba is God. He is no other than Shree

Rama, the great Dharma moorthy. He blessed one

devotee in the form of Shree Rama. He is therefore

worshipped by some devotees as Shree Rama. If every

person is duty-bound like Baba, everybody can become God. Then there will be

Rama Rajya everywhere.

To

make self-surrender, one should understand Baba. To understand Baba one should

have devotion for Baba. To have devotion for Baba, one should go to the

devotees of Baba and to go to the devotees of Baba, one should have the

guidance of Guru.

(to be contd….)
