We live in this duel world. Our mind is duel. We go through alternating experiences of pain and pleasure and none can escape this situation so long as he is immersed in the body consiciousness. If you are oblivious of your body mind complex, you can remain in perennial peace. For achieving this end, you must become a pure witness to the events. Secondly there should be no reactions whatsoever. You should remain as a mute witness. We watch through the windows, many happenings on the road. We just watch them as a passing show and we do not get involved in the happenings. Likewise, we may be aware of many thoughts passing through our conscious. If you just witness them, they pass off. But if you start reacting to the thoughts, then they cause many turbulations in the mental field. Hence, do not contact the thoughts in any manner. Just be a witness to the thoughts. Then nothing will hurt us. Sairam.
