All who read the "Ramayana' would appreciate the sacrifice of Lakshmana. Urmila's role in Ramayana would not have come to the foreground but for Swami's discourses. Urmila just requested Lakshmana to treat Rama and Sita as his father and mother and do service. She requested him not to think about her for the entire period of forest life and just concentrate on the service. Such was the nobility of womanfolk during that period. Each one excelled other in virtues and sacrifice. Sairam.
