Guest guest
Those who are devoted to the Divine, have to face many tests conducted for our own benefits. These tests should not be considered as obstacles, but stepping stones to move us up. Students of schools and collages do face tests every quarter or every semester. How we are evaluated? Scriptures direct us to adopt certain morals in our day to day life. Swami asks us to follow, "Sathyam(Truth), Dharmam(Righteousness), Santhi(Peace), Prema(Selfless love) and Ahimsa(non-violence). We may feel that we are following Swami's dictums scrupulously. But our progress can be measured only when we are put into tough situations. Whether we are able to follow Swami's directions, when we are under duress. Unfortunately NO. If you are able to utter truth even in very trying situations, then you can get a positive evolution. People out of fear, utter falsehood to escape troubles from certain people. But Sai Devotees should owe up their fault boldly; and face the outcome gladly. Likewise even in provocative circumstances, we should never get angry or utter harsh words. We should maintain our composure always. If we practice all the human values, progress is assured. Sairam.
