The debate, conducted in the English Language, is open to all university, college and sixth form students in Perak between the ages of 17 and 25. The 1st Prize is RM600 and a challenge shield, second prize is RM300 and the 3rd is RM150. The Best Speaker will receive RM100. Certificates will be given to all the participating teams and teacher-advisers. The closing date for submission of entries is July 14.
