A live darshan in Shirdi

Sairam dearest family, I have been quite busy ever since my return from the Holy trip in India. My brother's wedding went superbly well in the Dwarkamai in Shirdi. Aside from that I would like to share with you briefly two important memorable incidents that happen to me and my family. On the way to Shirdi at about 9pm, we were travelling in the vehicle on the pitch dark roads of Shirdi. The roads are not at all lit and the only source of light comes from the oncoming cars and our car. It was quite enough to keep me awake and chanting, seeking Baba's guidance on the journey. The only thing that was slightly lighted was the sky ,with the stars and the moon. However the moon looked a little peculiar to me and unbelievable too. It seemed like it had a face on it, and a face so familiar. And ofcourse a face that all of us are yearning to see. It was Shirdi BABA's face.

I woke up the rest to check it out to make sure I was not dreaming with my eyes open. And yes! It was true... not a dream. Whew! All our eyes got glued to the sight of the moon,not evern the slightest commonsense that we should take a picture of that moon. Probably it was BABA's will that we shouldn't , I don't know. But it was worth a darshan,really even before reaching Shirdi. The other incident was just outside of Baba's close devotees's samadhi. We were just about to enter the samadhi temple of His devotees (such as Shama,etc) when we saw someone very much like BABA sitting in white Kafni against the wall of the Samadhi temple. I was not sure whether it was BABA and was not easy for me to ignore Him and just simply bypass Him as well. He was indeed Baba! His charming and glowing smile pulled us closer to Him. I went forward and touched His feet. He touched my head and blessed me. My husband and

children did the same. He said some words in Marathi when blessing us. Baba lifted my little boy and put him on His laps,hugging and kissing him saying,"Mere Bedha,mere Bedha". Our eyes were truly stuck on Him, it was like we were showered with immense divine love,attention,energy and etc all at once and we just couldn't move just by the mere look of Him. He was truly God! Then it was as if BABA telling to our hearts that ,"Okay, you can go now". We took our leave with full obedience tho' in my heart I wonder now how could I have not refused to leave. Could have stayed a bit longer. You know, the mind and heart never gets contended. The thirst gets more and more. Well, it was truly divine and more that memorable I suppose. Words cannot express how I felt. It was truly difficult for us all to leave Shirdi and it is quite usual that we ended up leaving Shirdi in buckets of tears. And
