Well I would like to narrate a recent incident that clearly depicted

how GOD has his own ways of doing things.

Well it is bit a long and interesting story from my side.

 

Last week we went to NewJersey to attend a party at our friends

place.

There apart from attending the party I did some gem stones purchase.

I purchased 2 strings of ruby beads. Then my eyes fell on sapphire

beads. I always desired to have sapphire beads. When I asked for the

price they said it would cost me 576$ (inspite of getting 40% sale

on the current price). I thought for 2 minutes to but them or not. i

know people have brought them for 300$. I coudn't resist my desire

at that point of time. I should tell at this point that never I did

like this previously. But this time I was too restless. I prayed

baba to pardon me if I am doing any mistake here and went ahead with

my purchase. Then i tried to bargain with the owners there to reduce

the price. They said all the prices are final. Then the owner of the

lady said that she will see at the end. She saw total amount was 906

$. Then she asked me if I do beleive in Balaji. I said with all

happiness yes. Then after I paid the bill she came to me and gifted

me a stone made balaji which is of worth 178$ in their shop and said

that is the best she could do. It was saturday and wished me that

will bring me luck. I took it with all joy and happiness. But after

I purchased it I was rethinking thinking whatever I did was correct

or not. I was like why couldn't I control myself. I told my husband.

He said leave it now you wanted it and you had it.

Then following day was sunday. We returned from New Jersey and

attended our evening Sai Bhajans. We are undergoing some tensions

with our greencard. So we are bit mentally stressed out. After

bhajan usually their would be vibhuti prasadam. But on that after

bhajan there was a committe meeting going on there and our kid was

bit restless. So we left the place without taking prasadam. My

husband after coming home said see We didn't receive baba prasadam

today. I said why do you worry. we went to his Bhajan right and

asked him to be cool. He said ok. the it was evening 6.30PM. After

rahukalam I did lit the lamp in our mandir and I placed Balaji

statue in our mandir and offerred the sappire beads to him first. I

prayed him sincerely saying that if did any mistake in buying this

please pardon me and bless me always. Then I sang a song " Kondalalo

nelakonna koneti rayaduvadu " - Annamacharya keertana.

After that we are suppose to go for dinner at our freinds place.

when I stepped out my house I realised that by mistake I wore wrong

pair of slippers from Bhajan mandir and I told my husband I need to

rush to bhajan center to exchange it. He took me there and in my

mind I was thinking to once again get into their home and ask for

baba vibhuti. To my surprise they kept my slippers in side their

home only so I was forced to ring their door bell. When they came

out I said i was there to collect my slippers and said that we

forgot to get baba prasadam. Then she immediately ran inside home

and brought me apacket of vibhuti and said that it came from

prashanti nilayam when one of our devotess visited Baba when they

went to INDIA. Then she brought me Tirupathi prasadam saying that

one of the devotees brought it. Then she asked us to pickup baba

photo kept there and gave us 3 copies. I was totally exited and our

joy went boundless and on the spot we told her had I not wore the

wrong slippers i would not have come once again and baba has his own

ways of doing things like this.

 

Basically he tested every aspect of us on that day and finally

blessed us with his prasadam.

 

Well I paid 176$ more for the sappire beads and asked baba to excuse

me. He gave 178$ worth of venkateswara idol and asked me to desire

for him first. That is the lesson learnt from my experience.
