This book consists of miracles (Leelas) or SATGURU SAI NATH & his teachings (Updesh). This book gives information, procedures & guidelines for Atam Shakshatkar (God realisation/God vision or self-realisation) in details. Following is the teachings of SAT GURU SAI NATH as available in chapter VIII of Shri Sai Satcharita. "Our body should ever be used or engaged to attain God vision on self-realisation, which is the superme goal of life. Realising how precious the human life is & knowing that death is certain & may snatch us at any time, we should be ever alert to achieve the object of our life.
