May I please ask if we can read/listen to Amrit

Vani on a Sunday at our temple which is in my office.Actually it is my Baba’s

Birthday on the 4th of Nov because this is the day we did Baba’s

Pran Prathistha way back in 2004 so we celebrate his Birthday.After visiting your

home and listening to Amrit Vani I want to do the same on this day from 11.00 am

until 12.00pm and then do the Aarti after which we have to distribute food to the

poor people.

Please advise if we can do this.

We receive lots of letters for the prayers and

for the inclusion of the names in the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit

Vani. I want to make some things clear. (i) Every week we consider

letters received upto Wednesday evening (Indian Standard Time), as

it not possible for me to open laptop on Thursdays and particularly

in the morning. (ii) In the list " list of devotees who recited Sri

Sai Amrit Vani " , which is appended along with this letter, we include

devotees, who says that they will recite Sri Sai Amrit Vani in their

letters. (iii) They and all other devoteed who have send the letters

for prayer are also prayed for, along with all the devotees by Mrs

Gupta. Sending the reply to individuals is not possible. Please write

self contained complete letters along with the

place.

Due to Dusshera and MahaSamadhi day on Sunday,

Udi was oozing since Sunday from all the photos and statue from all

over the places. This Thursday there were only 60-70 devotees

present, who attended the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani, prayan of

Sri Sai Leelamrit and the pooja.

Following devotees participated in absencia in

the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja, prayers to Baba (

Shirdi) and Prayan of Sri Sai Satcharitra* by reciting Sri Sai Amrit

Vani at their places on 25th Oct 2007 (The list is sorted as per

their email ids, to avoid duplications). However Mrs. Gupta prayed

for all the devotees. In this list only those devotees are included,

who themselves recited or read Sri Sai Amrit Vani at their places.

This Thursday the 25th Oct 2007. we enjoyed the

following Leelas of Baba (of Shirdi).

1. This time Udi was oozing from from Sunday itself due to

Dusshera and Mahasamadhi day on Sunday. Hindi words `RAM' `SHAM'

and `OM', and figure of Trishool and symbol of

Swastic were formed

with Udi on the photos.

2. There was lot of Water from the Charans this Thursday also.

Thali was emptied several times. The taste of water was similar to

gulab jal and kewara mix. After distribution of Prasad, this water

was also given to the devotees and again the Thali was filled with

water.

3. Lap of Mrs. Gupta was filled with lots of Udi during the

prayers.

4. Several devotees had Udi in the books of Sri Sai Amrit Vani

and on themselves during the pooja.

5. On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was duly accepted

by Baba. We noticed that the Bhog , which was placed before HIM was

partially eaten. Part of Bhog was on the lips of photo and statue

of Baba. Different items were there on lips in different photos.

Parts of the remains in the box were given to the devotees who

offered that item of bhog to Baba.

6. The feeling of Presence of Baba was very strong during the

recitation of Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja and Prayer.

7. All the boxes of Bhog, which were kept on the table were

blessed with Udi.

8. Udi was there on all the articles placed before Baba. Many

Photos, Statues, Books, Pandents and other documents placed before

Baba on the table were blessed with Udi as soon as they were placed.

9. One Sai Satcharitra was gifted to a devotee and it was too

blessed by Baba by giving the Udi inbetween the pages.

Sri Sai Amrit Vani started at 11:05 AM. Noon

Aartee, the same Aartee which is being recited in Shirdi, started at

12:00 Hrs. followed by brief Meditation and the prayer, Prayan of

Sri Sai Leelamrit Chapter 5 was done . Mrs. Gupta offered prayers

and thanks to Baba. Finally distribution of Prasad and the water from

the Charans. As usual some devotees talked about their experiences.

Some devotee stayed for the lunch and some even after that.

Sai Leelamrit upto Chapter 4 has already been

uploaded in a readable jpg format files, in the file section of

`mysaibaba21'. Chapter 5 will be uploaded there shortly.

Next Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Prayan of Sri Sai

Satcharitra on 1st Nov will again be held at Sidhartha Extension,

New Delhi.

Devotees interested in attending it in person may contact

before 8 PM (IST) on any day except Thursdays but no calls on

Thursdays PLEASE. They should NOT bring any bhog with them and be in

time. Kids are also not allowed in the hall. Mobiles have to be put

on silent mode during the Pooja.

Gujrati. Soft copy and the relevant fonts were sent to the members.

Many divotees wants to write to the group about their problems and their prayers, But they have been requested to write directly and not disturb all the members, so on trial bases, I will consolidate all the requests and prayers received during the week upto Tuesday night ( Indian Standard Time) and send to the members in one letter on Wednesday. If any member wants that his/her letter should be kept confidential or should not be put in this letter, they may write in the subject it self `confidential' or `private' along with Sri Sai Amrit Vani . In this way I will try to keep a balance of both type of members (i) not having to many emails and (ii) telling them the problems/prayers of others.

On Sunday the 24th Feb, It was our wedding Anniversary and Baba blessed us with Udi. Udi started oozing from the Statue from the early hours. When we woke up and wished Baba, Udi was already there. After some time Udi started oozing from Photo in the mandir and also from all photos on the wall. What a blessing from Baba in the morning itself.

Following devotees participated in absencia in the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja, prayers to Baba ( Shirdi) and Prayan of Sri Sai Satcharitra/Sai Leelamrit by reciting Sri Sai Amrit Vani at their places on 28th Feb 2008 (The list is sorted as per their email ids, to avoid duplications). However Mrs. Gupta prayed for all the devotees, who wrote to us. In this list only those devotees are included, who themselves recited or read/listen Sri Sai Amrit Vani at their places.

This Thursday the 28th Feb 2008 , we enjoyed the following Leelas of Baba (of Shirdi).

1. Udi started oozing from Sunday itself from the statue and the photo in the mandir and two photos on the wall and Hindi words `RAM' `SHAM' `OM' were formed with Udi on one photo on wall and also on the photo in the mandir. Sunday the 24th Feb was our wedding Anniversary and Baba blesses us on our important days.

2. This Thursday also, the Holy Water started oozing from the Charans from Thursday early morning. A Thali was placed in the night of Wednesday itself, as water starts oozing from the early morning. Thali was emptied several times. The taste of water was similar to gulab jal and kewara mix. This water was also given to the devotees and again the Thali was filled with water.

3. Lap of Mrs. Gupta was filled with lots of Udi during the prayers. Udi was in the folds of the falls of the Sari. Her hands were also filled with Udi.

4. Many other devotees also had udi on them, in their laps, their shawls or cloths.

5. Several devotees had Udi in the books of Sri Sai Amrit Vani.

6. On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was duly accepted by Baba. We noticed that the Bhog , which was placed before HIM was partially eaten. Udi and Jal were distributed after the distribution of the bhog.

Next Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Prayan of Sri Sai Satcharitra/Sai Leelamrit on 6th March 2008 will again be held at Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi. Devotees interested in attending it in person may contact on phone nos. 26346942, 9868966605 or 9312494767 only after 11 AM and before 8 PM (IST) on any day except Thursdays but no calls on Thursdays PLEASE. They should NOT bring any bhog with them and be in time. Kids are also not allowed in the hall. Mobiles have to be put on silent mode during the Pooja.
