My Glorious Experience with Shri Shirdi Sai Baba

letter but didn't know when it was published.. yet I want to share

this to all of this group members who are ardent devotees of shirdi

sai..

 

This was one of my emotional and Mind blowing experiences with

SaiBaba and I could not stop my self from noting it down.

 

My sister's wedding was recently performed on March14th '08.Well

before that one monday in the month of december'07, I prayed to Baba

to set a good guy who is not avaricious and wouldn't expect much

dowry except for the girl. At the same time, my parents were looking

for a bridegroom who would fit my sister's character.

 

A few days after I had prayed to Baba, I got a Sai Vichar weekly

news letter on immediate thursday in which a message was printed

(written by a devotee named Sai Banisa Gopalrao Ravada ) about Page

241 chapter 47 Sai Satcharita, where Baba addresses the priest about

his daughter's marriage by saying that " I told him not to worry

about this, as the bridegroom himself would come seeking her " .

Reading that message I was relieved and thought that Baba was

listening to my prayers.

 

Interestingly, similar kind of sequences happened as Sai Banisa

Gopalrao Ravada mentioned about his experience in the same SaiVichar

letter. Bridegroom himself came to see my sister after looking at

her photo which, his parents got through my uncle. I heard from them

that his previous attempts for alliance with a girl were failed when

he took his siblings to see the bride. This time he came along with

his parents to our home to see my sister. Needless to mention that

he liked her by Baba's grace. Later, I came to know that, their

whole family members are staunch devotees of Sri Saibaba and they

named their home as " Sai Nilayam " .

 

During this period, I started praying Baba everyday seeking his

presence in my sister's marriage to bless the newly wedded couple.

Days went on and things carried well. Marriage was organized in a

grand fashion on Friday 14th March 2008.I had completely forgotten

about my wish that sai has to come in any form and bless the couple.

 

The Day after my sister's marriage i.e 15th March 2008 began to me

with huge amount of thought waves about Saibaba's Leelas hitting my

mind in the wee hours of the morning. I woke up from hotel room I

had slept on 14th night and came back to my home.I sat in a sofa

inside our front hall. My paternal grandmother sat beside me and had

started asking me about " Sri Ammula Sambasiva rao garu " and his

establishment of sai temples(with sthupam) all over Andhra. As she

began her quest, I started explaining about him as one of the

apostles of Sri Sai blessed by the Grace of Sai Baba. Further more

while I was trying to extol the virtues of Sri Sai, I immediately

fell into an intense ecstasy and tears started rolling down my eyes.

I started yelling Baba...Baba ... Baba and got the Sai leelamrutha

book of Sri Ekkirala Baradhwaj through my mother. I placed my face

on the cover page showing Baba's face of shirdi and kept on weeping

which I could not control for some 5-10 min.

 

Everybody around me was astonished of seeing me in that condition.

My friend raghu, my aunty (gayathri pinni),my mother and my another

aunty(sandhya aththa) were sitting there and watching the seen.

 

After some time, I had opened the book, got a page called " Vishwa

Roopa Chapter " and started reading that for some time till my

emotions were controlled. Then, I started thinking about my wish

that Baba has to come and bless my family didn't come true. On the

same day, we sat for lunch and all the banana leaves were arranged

to serve food for us. Exactly at the same time, a courier was

delivered by a postman. I thought that it was the " Sreesaila Prabha

Magazine " which my father gets every month from Sreeshailam. But, To

my surprise it was Sri SaiBaba's " Shri Sai Leela " Magazine printed

newly in the year 2008(Jan-Feb 08 Edition) after installing golden

throne at Samadhi Mandir, Shirdi on December 23rd '07.The cover page

was the Sri Sai's image of the idol in shirdi with his samadhi.

Earlier when I went to shirdi on December 27th 2007, I had

d to shri Saileela Magazine. But, who would have expected

that I will receive the Magazine exactly on the Day (March 15th)

when I was totally obsessed with Sai Baba.

 

My joy knew no bounds after seeing that and I literally felt as if

SaiBaba himself came to bless my family on one of the happiest

occasions of us. His Magnificent idol(on the cover page) adorned by

golden paraphernalia mesmerized me.
