Guest guest
Sairam,I humbly believe that while all names are equally good, you have to stick on to a particularname to have the desired effect. Swamy has once said that if you go on sinking wells at more than one placehoping to get to water, you may not be sinking deep enough; whereas if you stick on to a particular place, your effort which had been earlier applied at different points, could be totally applied in a single placehaving the desired effect within this liftime itself. I too have switched over to understanding this point, aftercompleting my 60 years of age, wherein I had been experimenting with various names. I was in the wrong, but now I am trying to come out of it and stick on to a single name, which I confess, I find difficult. I am trying to modify myself and share my experience and concern. Please also get second opinion on this. Guest guest
Sairam brothers and sistersI remember reading long time ago, there is nothing wrong in beleiving in different names and form. But you must meditate on one and only one name and form.If you do that it's easy to concentrate. I also use to meditate with different names but now I have commencing to one and only one.SairamRajni GuptaInformatics SpecialistPWGSC/ITSB/Ontario RegionV: (416)512-5627 F:(416)512-5802- Tue Nov 06 06:28:55 2007Re: [sBOI-post] Namasmarana & Ishta DevaSairam,I humbly believe that while all names are equally good, you have to stick on to a particularname to have the desired effect.
