Happy BABA's day to you all. May the divine grace of our beloved guru shower on us and our loved ones always.

Sai-ism is spreading at an unimaginable pace around the world. And followers are of Shri Shirdi Sai are expected to have certain qualities. Qualities mentioned in Satcharita of that of kindness, empathy, compassion and most important of all virtuous. Virtue in terms of dealing with others be it in business or on social level. Virtue in speech. Often when overwhelmed by love of BABA and involved in HIS works the followers develop a sense of arrogance, haughtiness, ego in what they do is seen. Also one hears demeaning comments of others devotions, their practices and way of worship are heard. BABA condemned this kind of behaviour. He wants simplicity, humbleness, and humility. BABA is judge of who worships HIM and how they worship HIM. We are no judges of quantifying ones devotion. Only the master knows who is worthy enough to receive HIS grace. As followers of BABA, it is our duty to do our work with gratitude as BABA provided us an opportunity to serve HIM, carry the work with love and reverence towards BABA and respect others and their practices and worship. While serving no work is smaller and no work is bigger. However big a work a follower does for BABA if there is even a little sense of pride or "I am the only one doing it" then there service is of no use. No job is big or small in the eyes of BABA is the feeling of love, devotion and humility in engaging the action that counts. most important of all is the virtue of speech, as followers of BABA we should be conscious of what we say in front of others and what we talk behind. Any such behaviour which is in contrary to what BABA taught us in Satcharita is not worthy to be exhibited by a follower of BABA. One must analyse whether their actions are worthy of the Master. Here is the message for the week...

"Baba's Advice Regarding our Behaviour

The following words of Baba are general and invaluable. If they are kept in mind and acted upon, they will always do you good. Unless there is some relationship or connection, nobody goes anywhere. If any men or creatures come to you, do not discourteously drive them away, but receive them well and treat " them, with due respect. Shri Hari (God) will be certainly pleased, if you give water to the thirsty, bread to the hungry, clothes to the naked, and your verandah to strangers for sitting and resting. If anybody wants any money from you, and you are not inclined to give, do not give, but do not bark at him, like a dog. Let anybody speak hundreds of things against you, do not resent by giving any bitter reply. If you always tolerate such things, you will certainly be happy. Let the world go topsy-turvy, you remain where you are. Standing or staying in your own place, look on calmly at the show of all things passing before you. Demolish the wall of difference that separates you from Me; and then the road for our meeting will be clear and open. The sense of differentiation, as I and thou, is the barrier that keeps away the disciple from his Master, and unless that is destroyed the state of union or atonement is not possible, "Allah Malik" i.e. God is the sole Proprietor, nobody else is our Protector. His method of work is extra-ordinary, invaluable, and inscrutable. His will will be done and He will show us the way, and satisfy our heart's desires. It is on account of Rinaubandh (former relationship) that we have come together, let us love and serve each other and be happy. He, who attain the supreme goal of life, is immortal and happy; all others merely exist, i.e., live so long as they breathe". Chapter 18/19 Satcharita.
