January 14th 1:30 pm - Sankranthi Celebrations in Puttaparthi

This morning prizes were distributed to the students of all the Sai Institutes. Swami presented gold medals to some student for their all round performance. Swami also gave a discourse about said that devotees should strive to do more Seva and try and help others and never to hurt others. Morning programs ended around 11:30 am.

Since Swami said yesterday to Brindavan students that He will be visiting them soon. There is a lot of speculation that Swami might go to Whitefield soon. Keep reading the site and i will keep you informed if Swami leaves Puttaparthi.

Yesterday evening there was a drama about Lord Krishna in mandir.

January 14th 1:00 pm - Drama by Students of Brindavan in Mandir yesterday evening

Yesterday evening there was drama by Students about a renowned Telugu poet called

Pothana. He translated Bhagavatam into Telugu from Sanskrit. It was a beautiful drama with wonderful costumes and songs. After the drama Swami called the boy who played Potana and blessed him with a golden chain. After aarathi Swami left Sai Kulwant Hall around 7:00 pm. Prasadam was also distributed.
