Self-realization should be the goal of human existence. It has to be reached through three stages: Self-confidence, self-satisfaction and self-sacrifice. Man should regard himself as the master of the body, the senses and the mind. He has to use the intellect to experience his oneness with the divine, the cosmic all-pervading consciousness. The flame of Prajnana (constant integrated awareness) which is in everyone is covered by the ash of worldly desires. When the ash is blown off, the fire of Brahman (Absolute Divinity) reveals itself in all its glory.

Selbsterkenntnis (Selbstverwirklichung) sollte das Ziel der menschlichen Existenz sein. Es muss in drei Stufen erreicht werden: Selbstvertrauen, Selbstzufriedenheit und Selbstaufgabe (Aufopferung, Hingabe an das Göttliche). Der Mensch sollte sich selbst ansehen als den Meister des Körpers, der Sinne und des Geistes. Er muss seinen Verstand einsetzen, um sein Einssein mit dem Göttlichen zu erfahren, das kosmische alles erfüllende Bewußtsein. Die Flamme von Prajnana* (gleichbleibendes einheitliches Gewahrsein oder Bewußtsein), die jeder in sich hat, ist verdeckt von der Asche der weltlichen Begierden. Self-realization (pencerahan diri) merupakan tujuan utama eksistensi manusia. Ia harus dicapai melalui tiga tahapan: Self-confidence (kepercayaan kepada diri sendiri), self-satisfaction (puas terhadap diri sendiri) dan self-sacrifice (pengorbanan diri). Manusia harus menganggap dirinya sebagai master/tuan dari badan, indera dan pikiran (batin)-nya sendiri. Ia harus mempergunakan intellect (akal budi)-nya untuk merasakan kemanunggalannya dengan Sang Ilahi, yaitu kesadaran kosmik yang mencakupi segala-galanya. Nyala api Prajnana (constant integrated awareness) yang ada di dalam diri setiap orang sedang tertutup oleh abu tebal dalam wujud keinginan duniawi. Apabila abu tersebut ditiup untuk dibersihkan, maka terkuaklah api Brahman (Keilahian Absolut) dalam cahaya kecemerlangan-Nya.

La propia realización debe ser la meta de la existencia humana. Ha de ser alcanzada por medio de tres etapas: confianza en sí mismo, satisfacción de sí mismo y sacrificio de sí mismo.
