Guest guest
SAI RAM, Taxifare depends upon the nature of car or van and whether it is air-conditioned or not. Smaller vehicles are available at about Rs. 5 to 6 per kilometre and vans like Tata Sumo or Qualis charge between 6 to7 per kilometre for non A.C travel. A.C cars and vans cost at least rupee one more more per kilometre. Approx. to and fro distance between Mumbai and Shirdi is about 360 kilometres. Plenty of hotels are available in Shrdi. You can get hotel rooms anywhere between Rs.300 per day to Rs. 2000 per day. I have no information about respective hotel names. Shirdisamstan or the Shrdi trust provides accommodation at subsidied rates on first come first served basis. For more information you may search in relevant website. Trust this information may be of some use to you. If you are planning to vist Shirdi it is adviseable to avoid week-ends and Thursdays and Hindu Festival Days, particularly occasions like Ram Navami,Gudi Padva and the like.
