Donating Items to appease planets

Sir,

 

I had read somewhere that donating some items for specific planets

would help in appeasing the planets. I wanted to know what are the

items which we need to donate for Sun, Moon and Jupiter. I also wanted

to know if we would need to donate this personally or would it work

even if someone else donates this on our behalf.
