Dear Lisa Ji

In this time of Kali Yuga there is a need for going to Doctor and

getting correct medication.........as you are continuing your

Spiritual Path in this lifetime there can be times of depression that

besets the Spiritual Aspirant that only lulling numbing prescription

medicine from Doctor can help with........consider that haveing these

times of depression is a sign of Spiritual Advancement however by

wearing the Holy Beads you are also accelerateing your Path so in

this way the depressions can come and go a little bit faster than the

body and mind can keep up with.....It is most advisable to go to

doctor and get check up and ask if you need medication for

depression......once you have done this you might find there are

medications that help without to much lulliing effect meaning they

just might relieve you of the suffering of depression and make you

even with normal feeling life again

hope this helps

Dear Narasimhaye,

Thanks for your help and good wishes. Yes, I have some hobbies, although not willing to deal any of them nowadays. I have 2 lovely cats, I deal with healing therapies and energies, left studying jyotish nowadays but will return soon, walking, reading books ( although I avoid reading as much as I did before; I still keep reading at least 1 book a week), some simple yoga exercises etc.

We do not have councelors but only psychiatrists who directly give medicines. My sister tried several doctors when she was teenager and had some problems. She took medicines get drunk and no healing. Then she got ok with reiki, healing therapies etc.

I will try all the advices and may be finally go to doctor. I hope there will not be need.

I will follow your advices. Thanks you and all the group members tried to help me.

Best wishes

Have you tried antidepressant medication? There are two types: One

addresses seratonin deficiency (a neurotransmitter shortage), the

other addresses both serotonin and noreponephrine deficiencies.
