We might know a man who is strong, but he may be our enemy or may be our friend, that is another issue beyond simply his strength. Sri DDji thought exalted meant GOOD for him. But in 12th house Rahu is better off weak than strong. So sign position alone can not be trusted when choosing gems or reading dasha periods.
