Guest guest
Jaya Guru Datta Dear Friends In last week's verse the question was asked: Where should the image of Guru be installed and meditated upon? The answer was: In the MIND. Dr P.V.Nath who has translated/compiled " Reflection of the Absolute " , " Biography of Divine " Incarnate, " Sri Guru Samhita " , writing in his " Newsletter on Bhagavad Gita " (snath) gives an interesting interpretation. This may help us to understand this concept. Chapter 4 Sloka # 13 of (Bhagavad Gita) : quote (in part), " the centre for all our actions (our Karma) is the MIND. the MIND is the seat of three basic qualities (Gunas) viz.Satva,Rajas and Tamas. " As we begin a new week,a new page,a new day in our lives, let us offer our actions, our thoughts, (our opinions) to the Holy Feet of Sadguru Sri Swamiji, the Guru Padukas being verily the source of an unending reservoir of Satva Guna.
