Guest guest
One of the fellow member asked a question " I have no reason to live, I need to die, So I am into these habits to kill this life, Then why do I have to take care of my health? " Remember, " Lord sends us for some reason and for someone! Do the assigned work with devotion, dedication without any deviation " Your Good Health Can Spread Cheer! Our lives are a series of experiences. Although these experiences appear to be linear, actually, they are not so.I experienced the visible language of life recently when I was down with a viral fever with a severe chest congestion, done with my own habits of smoking and drinking for 35 years. I was with the same cause that as I have no reason to live so need to die. Death became farther and farther to me but suffering and pain was near nearer and nearest to me. I was completely dependent upon my loved one to get back to normal. that's when I realized I should have seen this love who needs me even when I am not in a position of doing any needful! One of the millions might change with these messages is my concern. I tried to answer the question? Never Know is it right or wrong! Number one: Good physical health is a valuable gift of Lord. Position, power, status and acquisitions tend to lose their meaning if we are not blessed with energetic health. So, it is important to recognize and nurture all the enabling factors which give us energetic physical health. Number two: Once we recognize that energetic physical health is the greatest possession we have, we will not go about abusing it deliberately. But by using this gift carefully and rightly, we can heighten our awareness of all that we do and find different ways of using our energy. Good health makes us feel good; we become enabled to spread happiness all around us. Number three: With this heightened awareness, we will not readily consume anything which might hurt the system. Basically, the realization that good health is a precious gift will help us treat the body as a trust, and motivate us to keep it clean and pure as a temple of divinity. Number four: The mind is that part of the body which makes physical energy intelligible and gives it its worth. A healthy mind in a healthy body generates good, sound, clean and noble thoughts. Once a healthy body-mind relationship is established, we can be reasonably sure that greater happiness and success is within our reach. Number five: One of the noblest and purest ways of expressing our gratitude for good health is to serve humankind with whatever resources we have.
