This is just my two cents' worth: I might be wrong, but so sorry to have to say it looks like a Nepal 3 mukhi with one line distinctly carved to emphasize deeply the same line so as to fool customers. The other 2 lines can be seen from the mouth (top) part which are natural. Nepal 3 mukhi rudrakshas are rounder in shape than Indian (Haridwar) and Java 3 mukhis. Please also check the tail (bottom) part of your bead and observe the lines. If you'd scanned the pic, try and do a close-up if possible. You're most welcome to send a close-up so we can determine further. Inputs welcome from other friends too !
