Guest guest
DISCOURSE BY His Holiness SRI SWAMIJI INTRODUCTION TO THE 60TH YEAR BIRTHDAYCELEBRATIONS JUNE 13. 2002. .. .. .. " How clean this Ashram is, you feel. By enabling you to enjoy the physical beauty of this Ashrama, Swamiji is teaching you to develop the inner beauty of your mind. Swamiji often says, 'remove the dirt from your mind and heart'. What does that mean? Dirt in the mind is evil thoughts and dirt in the heart is evil feelings. So, if you go on removing the dirt, inner joy, peace and serenity will develop within the heart. Don't simply say, 'Ah, how good the song is, how good the speech is!' Try to understand the inner impulse Swamiji is trying to inculcate in you and the inner spiritual significance. Then as you go on tasting the inner beauty of the songs, the lectures or the various arrangements and rituals, you will enjoy them more and more, and get benefited more. " .. .. .. Sri Guru Datta.
