Once we clean the get and wear it in an auspicious time can we remove it and wear it again. For example I remove my ring when I do my workouts and again wear it after the workout. Is this fine or do we have to wait for an auspicious time to wear the stone again. I remove the ring as it is pretty uncomfortable to wear it when you are at te gym..
