Namaste Siddharth,

It is not uncommon for sensitive souls to feel dizzy when first

wearing rudraksha or powerful rudraksha malas. The dizziness

indicates that the beads' electromagnetic properties are trying to

assimilate with your system.

Its good that after the dizzy period, you felt normal when wearing

your mala. After more than 24 hours of not wearing the mala and then

putting it on again, would create some dizziness as you haven't

reached the 45 day period of continuously wearing it to get used to

the energies. Yes it indicates you've broken the chain of days.

Would suggest you to wear it again, counting from Day 1 to Day 45 to

get maximum benefits. Remember to recite Om Namah Shivaya each time

you take the mala off and when you put it on.

Om Namah Shivaya

Does it indicate that I have broken the chain of days and I am

starting it all over again.
