Dear Lisa,

 

Greetings, I am Dr. Pritesh Patel from Surat, Gujarat

in India. I have been reading about ur depression 4

quite some time. Agreed Pranik Healing will definately

help u, but it is almost a passive form of Energy

Healing, better try out REIKI which is an active form

and works faster. See if u can find a reliable REIKI

MASTER.

 

Secondly, of course Siddha Mala is definately going 2

help u a lot. However the word depression itself means

that ur vibrations are dampened, u need to shake

yourself up vigorously; try doing some energising

exercise early in the morning like Fast aerobics,

sprinting or even better join some martial arts like

Karate which will even channelize out any aggresions,

resentments or anger if present within u.

 

I do not know where u live, but early morning exposure

to soft sunlight is very much helpful, at least for

20-30 minutes not more.

 

Last and most important do consult a doctor, he can

help u much better. I agree that u need not take

chemicals in the form of conventional allopathic

medicine; instead find out a good, reliable, reputed

and well experienced HOMOEOPATHIC DOCTOR, he can

really work miracles for you.
