Guest guest
I agree with the recent contribution made by Dattatreya Hare Krishna. Also I think if we attempt to become the embodiment of Sadguru's teachings and strive to be an example in society, this would be more effective in attracting others to know more about our Satguru. This has been my personal experience. I have never been one to go around preaching to people about anything but numerous people in the workplace and elsewhere after observing your lifestyle and way of conduct approach you for advice etc. and it is at that point that I introduce them to music CD's and books by Appaji and they are delighted and most of them start attending ashram programs. Even some family members who were not receptive to Sadguru, after seeing the positive effects on your life, they have a change of heart. My parents thought I was going off track when I started following the teachings of Appaji, there was nothing I could say that would influence them to come to ashram programs and now after years of following Sadguru they have seen the change in me and now when Appaji visits our country although I no longer invite them to programs, they come out of their own free will to see him. But I agree totally that you must first focus on the true self and your relationship with Satguru, build on that and everything else will start falling into place.
