Guest guest
Namaste Hiiroppi, its mentioned in holy texts that rudraksha break past life karmas. Example are sins of killing cows or brahmins, etc. I thinks these references can also be found in Srimad Devi Bhagavatam, Shiva Purana, etc. Rudraksha helps to liberate from karmas and rebirths. When passages in a book says " One who wears such and such a mukhi bead will become like Shiva " , it means the person will be guided to gradually achieve 'god-hood', to be like 'Shiva', hence either he/she is not actually living in this world (samsara) although the body is Or the person will not have rebirth later on, after passing through many spiritual journeys and rites of passages.
