celebrating Sahasra Lingarchana & Ekadasha Rudrabhisheka in the holy month of

Karthika tomorrow on Saturday Nov 14th, 2009. Hanuman Temple cordially invites

you, your family and friends to join in chanting Ekadasha Rudram in the presence

of Lord Hanuman & Lord Shiva on this auspicious day of SHANITRAYODASHI.

 

1,116 mruthika Shiva lingas were created and decorated by Hanuman Temple

Sahasra Lingarchana:A unique ritual that is performed to lord Shiva by building

Kailasa Prasthara(The Abode of Lord Shiva) with 1,116 mruthika Shiva lingas

arranged in 16 avaranas and invoking Lord Shiva's energy in each of the

shivalinga's. Lord Shiva is worshipped as  " Sri Uma Pardhiveswara " to

bless devotees with Prosperity, Spiritual Bliss, Moksha and Siva

Sannidhya(closeness to Shiva).

individually perform the puja to handmade Shivalingas.
