Guest guest
Namaskar Mahindra, Sometimes what seems like a crack on a rudraksha bead is actually the appearance of a spacial line where the fibre of the rudraksha fruit used to be or used to run before it was cleaned. Beads that are exceptionally dry are likely to develop cracks but rudraksha are very hardy. Please do not worry - immerse your 14 mukhi fully in olive oil for a few hours, let the oil drain off and further wipe off the oil later. Then check your bead again. Also please remember to wash, dry and oil your bead at least once a month if you live in an environment with hot temperature. You can continue to place the bead on the altar for worship. Just that its important to remember it needs maintenance once a month.
